Returns & Refunds
You are within your right to change your mind and return your ordered product(s) to us within 30 working days of receiving your order.
Packaging and any security seals must be in tact, and you will be responsible for paying postage costs for the returned item(s). All refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned product(s).
In the improbable event of receiving a damaged, faulty or incorrect item then please contact us on 01484 248 718 within 24 hours of receipt to inform us and we will arrange to either refund or replace the item(s). Decor Walls & Flooring cannot be held accountable for items lost or damaged when being returned to us, in any event always obtain a certificate of posting and consider using a signed for service.
ShowerWall Delivery Disclaimer Statement
All ShowerWall orders are subject to different shipping rates of the £75.00 delivery threshold. All ShowerWall orders come with a flat £50.00 delivery fee. On purchase we will send you a ShowerWall residential/site delivery disclaimer form which must be completed before delivery.
ShowerWall Brand Returns & Refunds
Please note for all ShowerWall returns - where you are changing your mind about your product(s) within 30 working days of receiving your order, there will be a 20% Restocking Fee of the original sale price for ShowerWall branded products when an item(s) are returned to us. All returns must be thoroughly inspected when received back at our warehouse to ensure they are in 100% resalable condition. New packaging materials need to be utilised because it is typically only designed to be used two times (initial use and possible return shipment). Time and materials involved inspecting, repackaging and restocking have to be carried out.
What Happens When My Delivery Arrives?
Our products will be delivered to your front door, if you know you will not be in on day of delivery and are okay with leaving your delivery with a neighbour or a safe place you are to inform us or our courier service.
In some cases you will need to be in to receive delivery & a signature may be required, if you are not in when we try to deliver, a card will be left letting you know how to rearrange a suitable delivery date.
