At The Panel Company, we offer free delivery on orders over £75 and orders to mainland UK that fall under £75 are charged with a delivery fee of £15.00* Once placed, you will receive a confirmation email and your full order will be packaged and dispatched within 4-7 working days.
Should you change your mind about your chosen product/s, you may return your order to us at your own cost within 30 working days of it being received, provided it is in its original condition and no packaging or security seals have been broken. In the rare event that your order has been incorrectly fulfilled, or is damaged or faulty in any way, we can organise a refund or replacement, please simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

*Orders including ShowerWall branded products are an exception to delivery fees, and a flat delivery charge of £50 will apply to all relevant orders. ShowerWall order returns are also subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original sale price.

Once you’ve chosen your four free samples, all you need to do is checkout and pay a delivery fee of £1.99!
