The prime minister has announced that all non-essential retailers will close to help stop the spread of Covid-19 as of the 4th January 2020. The DIY store sector has been categorised as an essential retailer by the government - therefore we will still be dispatching and delivering online orders to all customers. Our Rotherham and Huddersfield showrooms will be open for Click and Collect orders only, made through the website. Please Note | In-store collections can take up to 2-3 working days to be ready. Once an order has been placed an email will be sent out to you, this will confirm that we have received your order and that your order is being processed. Orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days from order date (usually within 48 hours).

WALL PANELS – Will be delivered within 2-5 working days.

SHOWER PANELS – Will be delivered within 2-5 working days. In most cases our shower panels are delivered direct by our own experienced handlers.

Cost Of Delivery

  • Free Delivery For Orders Over £75 (Excluding ShowerWall Panels & Decor Loc LVT Flooring)
  • A Charge Of £12.50 (inc. VAT) For Orders Under £75
  • Delivery Zones Mainland UK, Scotland and Wales (We Do Not Deliver To Islands, Northern Ireland, Other Countries Or Locations Outside These Areas)
  • A charge of £50 (inc) for ShowerWall panels

 Delivery Times

Orders will be delivered at any time between 8am and 6pm, unfortunately we are unable to stipulate a specific time slot. If our courier service is unable to deliver you will be able to contact the courier service to arrange another delivery date in most cases. Our courier service will send you an email notification on day of delivery.


In the unlikely event you are not totally satisfied with the products you have received, a 30 day return policy is in place which would mean the order would have to be returned to us in saleable condition within that 30 day policy.
